Aerosmith are masters of making both high tempo Rock hits you can blast when you need a boost, as well as slower, calmer, yet powerful Rock ballads, for when you are in the mood for that instead. I've listened to Aerosmith for many years, and they constantly make me like them more every year. It's a band I never get enough of.

If you want to listen to more than these ten songs, check out my MV Playlists, you find all my Aerosmith songs in Playlist 16. For this Top List, I have a short description of why I like each song but I primarily figure the songs will speak for themselves!
I hope you enjoy my top 10 favorite Aerosmith songs!

#10 Janie's Got a GUn
Janie's Got A Gun has a lot of variation, from powerful high tempo parts to slower and calmer parts, a mix that works very well. It also has strong, serious and powerful lyrics and a matching music video that everyone should watch.
#9 Cryin'
A fairly calm yet powerful Rock ballad, which is sort of a trademark of Aerosmith and far from the last on this list. Steven Tyler really shows how good a singer he is on this song, which also features fantastic instruments, including a harmonica.
#8 Crazy
I always felt this was fairly similar to the last one and when I was younger I often mixed them up. I like this one slightly more though. A cool detail of the music video is that it features Steven Tyler's daughter, Liv Tyler, in one of her first roles.
#7 Love in an elevator
This is what I would consider a pretty standard, typical Aerosmith song, but while it's not their most unique, it's still one of my favorites, with cool lyrics and great instruments. I especially like the guitar performance in this one.
#6 Dream On
Dream On is one of Aerosmith's first big hits and it still holds up amazingly today. Compared to the rest of their songs, this has a more unique sound, reminding me a little of Led Zeppelin songs, in other words, an amazing start to their career.
#5 Walk this way
Aerosmith has a lot of great ballads and then they have a lot of more speeded ones, like this one. It's an amazing energy boost and one, in my humble opinion, of their best performances when it comes to instruments, especially guitars.
#4 Sweet emotion
What can I say about this one, to not repeat what I've said about previous ones? It's simply awesome, sometimes I can't find other ways to describe it. Great lyrics, instruments and a standard awesome vocal performance, it has it all.
#3 Dude (looks like a lady)
These days, this song and video might not be considered politically correct, but I can't help just loving it. It has fairly innocent lyrics, great instruments, vocals and a fun backstory that you can read about in my Music Trivia section, check it out!
#2 I don't want to miss a thing
One of Aerosmith's biggest hits and I can understand why. This is pure quality, and I would say objectively their best song, though only my personal second favorite. Fantastic through and through and even made the movie Armageddon better!
#1 Rag Doll
Like I mentioned in the previous entry, I Don't Want To Miss A Thing is probably the better song, but I just love this one a bit more. The melody just speaks to me. It's also criminally underrated, with too few views on YouTube for such a good song!
